Gone shopping

Wow what a week I have just had. My mum is hospital, my daughter was stranded on her own in Cuba because her travelling companion was in hospital. It's been a complete nightmare. Well my daughter is home safe and sound and my mum came through her operation well. It's time for a bit of normality now so I will do the rounds over the next few days.

My card today is made using one of the new Lili of the Valley stamps and Prima Botanical s paper.

I am going through a bit of a purple stage at the moment as you can tell from this card. Nearly all of the embellishments come from wild orchid crafts.

The cute butterfly I cut using my Cricut machine

Raffia ribbon .

Card Recipe.
Botanical papers by Prima - The Glitter pot
Metal corners, flowers and raffia ribbon - Wild orchid crafts
Stamp - Lili of the Valley
Plum coloured bazzil paper from stash
Round nesties
Martha Stewart leaf punch
Butterfly cut using a Cricut
Coloured using Copic's

Challenges

I hope you like it and hopefully I will be back in the swing of things soon

Hi Jayne, sounds like you've had a week and half! So glad all is OK now, must have been really worrying. I've not been around much myself, life got busy! So have been having a catch up on your blog. Some lovely cards, and the memory book is gorgeous. Loved your 'Paper roses' card, I've been waiting for today (1st July) to get my stamps from the new LoTV release - blew my budget for June! Sarah
